Lance Armstrong on NPR

Lance Armstrong is currently on NPR 91.1 speaking at the Aspen Ideas Forum. He has some interesting comments in regard to what biking means to him and to children.  His speech will probably be rebroadcast at 9PM, Friday July 13, 2007, and will be available online at www.mpr.org

From the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Office of Transportation and Data Analysis:

Adding a movie (new and improved method)

Adding a movie is now easy as pie. All you have to do:

To add a movie from youtube or google video, click under "Create content" and choose "add a video." In the new screen that comes up, choose a title for your post, select a category for the topic of your video, and then just paste the movie's URL (the web address) in the movie field. You can also add text to show up below the movie by typing it in the "Body" section of the form. When you are ready, just click "Submit" and it's done!
